Uyen is an experienced food stylist and photographer, as well as being a talented chef and food writer, she also hosts weekly Supper Clubs and has published her own cookery book, ‘My Vietnamese Kitchen’. Uyen can cook all styles of food and her Supper Clubs are often sold out months in advance. This talented lady knows her way around a feast.
